Return Policy

Of course we hope you fell in love with your MABEL product(s).
If there´s a reason you are not and you want to send it back to us, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to us. Of course, we can refund the full amount you have paid but obviously the returned product needs to be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.


1.   Please complete the returns MABEL label.
2.   Repack the MABEL product(s) in the original shipping package or any other carton box or bag. Include the MABEL label and the original invoice in the box. Close the box (of course) and make sure you wrap it well!
3.   Send the package to:    ADDRESS HERE

Please note:  You are the one paying for the return. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not our responsibility. 

We will contact you via email once we have received and processed your return. 

Exchange? Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to us for a refund and place a new order online at

If the item you have purchased is damaged/faulty with a manufacturing fault, please contact us directly at and we will arrange to have your package collected from you directly, so it is not necessary to send the package to the above address.     

We advise our customers to check all items within fourteen days. Check the delivered quantity and the quality of the article. If there is something not correct please send an e-mail to explaining what the problem is. In case there is a manufacturing fault, you can return the product and we will provide you with a return label. Please note that warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the product is not intended.
