MABEL gives a 2 months warranty on all purchases. If there is a problem with the product during this period, please send an e-mail to quoting your order number and the problem. Also don’t forget to send a photo of the problem. We always try to answer the e-mail within 3 working days. We will review the complaint and provide a suitable solution.

Please note that the warranty is not valid if the item has a defect caused by incorrect use or wear. Our jewellery is good quality and delicate, which means that it must be handled with care.

This guarantee also does not apply to the plating of the jewellery.

Jewellery care
In order to enjoy your jewellery as long as possible, we recommend that you treat it with care. It is important to take all our jewellery off / on while sleeping, showering, swimming, washing hands and exercising. Try to avoid contact with perfume, makeup, hair spray and creams as much as possible. Do not store your jewellery in the bathroom or place it in the sun. The best place to store your jewellery when you are not wearing it is in a dark, moisture-free environment.

If your skin has a high acidity, it can happen that your jewellery will discolor or give off. You can clean this jewellery with a silver cleaning cloth. Please note: this is only possible with real silver jewellery. For questions about this you can always contact us.
How fast the layer of gold plated jewellery will give off depends on the treatment of the jewellery.
